We're Clifton and Colby — the two people who personally check every flat before your stay. We started Lake City Flats because we kept staying in places that looked great in photos and felt like nobody actually cared. So we built the thing we kept wishing existed.
Every property is chosen, furnished, and managed by us. The knife is sharp. The WiFi is fast. The bed is excellent. If something's off, you have our number — not a call center.
