All was great. But two suggestions to make future guests even happier. 1. 4 or 5 Coat hooks at ground level in wall near front entrance door. 2. Supply a salad spinner. A few things you are probably aware of but I will mention. The sliding glass door frame has issues. The floor in top floor bathroom really creaks excessively.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location and the space is perfect for 1-2 people. The kitchen/bath were stocked with the essentials. The views were lovely with a small deck for enjoying the sunshine. I will definitely be back!

Stunning! An honor to stay here. Doesn’t get any better for going to a concert. Very walkable and you get a garage to park your car. The place is beautiful and secure. Love how everything is provided. Was a nice get away :) thank you

Great place, comfortable with thoughtful touches throughout. Excellent neighbourhood with good coffee from the taco place around the corner and a great brunch just next door to it. Host was very responsive.

Great place to stay. The space was very clean and nicely furnished with high-end furniture. The hosts were very detailed with their instructions, which made everything extremely easy to follow. Parking in the garage was convenient, and access to the unit was simple. The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great little spot just blocks from the heart of downtown. Reminded me of my first few apartments here in city. Great clean spot, lots of towels and bathroom products already there which was a nice touch. Even did a load of laundry while i was there!

Great unit for easy access to highways for skiing. Plenty of walkable restaurants and bars. Target and Walmart just a block or two away for big box shopping. Good food options on ground floor of building in retail spaces outside. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. Place was clean and nice and Lake City was responsive and helpful. Great location, cute neighborhood, walkable to so many things and easy drive everywhere too. We would definitely stay again!

This accommodation is a newly built apartment fully equipped with all modern amenities, offering a comfortable stay for around three guests. Each bedroom has its own features: one room includes a private bathroom and a walk-in closet, another has a small desk and a wardrobe, and the third has a wardrobe only. All rooms are furnished with queen-size beds. Overall, everything was very satisfying; however, as the apartment is located next to a tram line, there can be some noise from passing trams and nearby traffic, which may be a minor drawback for light sleepers. On the plus side, there is a free parking garage available for guests in the basement, making parking very convenient.

10/10! Would definitely stay again if in town for a game. Super walkable to all the sporting venues and great price compared to local hotels. Easy check-in and very clean accommodation.
